I did excess of amoking recent 2 months as i was depressed my age is 34 can i go for braces or not i feel my gums and teeth very week.

It would be better if you could upload some photographs for a better guidance.
You will definitely require a round of teeth cleaning (scaling) before proceeding for any treatment.

Both braces and weak gums/teeth are catering to different treatment plans and procedures. There's no overlap between the two. Braces are used primarily for teeth alignment only.
Visit your nearby dentist to get the weak gums and teeth evaluated first, and then lookout for the braces treatment subsequently.
