BPP and Doppler scan report

Asked for Female, 40 Years

Hi Doctors, This is my 31 Week of pregnancy here I have attached my scan report for the same.Whether baby has any issues because in report they have mentioned as Placenta posterior wall grade Maturity.No previa noted and in Doppler No evidence of foetal IUGR/hypoxia seen at present.please advice attached detailed scan report. Thank you
