Dear sir My mother age 47 she use sometime only telma 40 tablet .. not she use regular Actualy she also don't kbow it's have to use regular or while time of weakness have to use pls tell clarity . Because my since a day she feeling weakness like low bp pls tell at this time we have to use Tablet or not pls tell . Just she feel diziness and low bp I given coconut water and black tea ..pls tell
