1)Taper the dose accordingly for the time being since she is fasting 2) try to check BP with a manual bp apparatus ie get i checked by a doctor as digital bp apparatus is no that accurate

Bp is normal now but if she is hypertensive or not or she takes telma40 regularly??? Bcoz if she takes telma 40 regularly then she should continue with it.

Antihypertensive medications should preferably be taken in morning...since she is fasting also this BP is completely normal... Keep a watch over BP and no need to give medicine atleast for now.
