BP range 135/95
Hi, my BP is usually in the range of 135/95 +/- 2 points. I'm 49 years old male, exercise a min 5 days a week for an hour, includes mild weight training, cardio and yoga. Do I need to start any medication for this range of BP? Thank you Joshua
