BP Query and Heart Related. Wat to do!

Hi I am under BP medication from past 2 yrs. I was initially having Cardace h5 and later changed to Cardace 5mg as per doctor advice. My BP was normal for many days. But from past one week my BP is in high range like 140/95 as average. But some times 147/104 range even after having Cardace 5mg. My heart beat also would be in high range if I climb stairs 20steps (135 bpm). I have sometimes headaches in temple area and light dizziness. Presently on Gastric tablets, BP tablet and Rotacap inhaler for my Shortness of breath (Budesonide 200mcg). I have had multiple tests for Cardiac evaluation like CT Angiography, TMTs, Echos, ECGs over 3 yrs and all are normal till date. I was Covid Positive last Aug 2020 with Asymptomatic and recovered. Post Covid I have done Holter, TMT, ECG and all are normal. Please advise why my BP is more and wat to do
