My bp is 140/80 and my bp tablel is stamlo beta my age is 26 bo is normal ang tablet continus.

According your age bp 140/80 is little high..it should be around 130/80..you needs to change yr lifestyle.. Consume less salt.do regular exercise and if despite of all lifestyle measure if bp is still high them yiu need to change the tablet
