Intake of salt should be less than a teaspoon a day. Include potassium rich foods like bananas, melons, raisins, sweet potatoes, spinach etc. Daily walking or exercise for at least 30- 45 min a day. Avoid fried processed food that has added salt and preservatives

hi, every day exercise is best treatment for pre bp. take healthy food. take 1/2 hr walk with empty stomach you can take arjunarishtam its tonic for heart muscles.

You have to reduce your salt intake (<2 gms per day).Start exercising . Do yoga.w all daily for 30 mins 6 days a week. Avoid Junk food. As of now you don't need medicines
