Can I take telmasartan 40 mg on and off? Actually I have high bp sometimes ( not always) It shoots up to 160/100.. I already take metaprol xl 25 mg which controls my heart rate but not bp... ER doctor told me to take telmasartan for few days then take it once in 3 days... My bp was fine since some days but today it was 140/85 and chest Pain also so took it.. is this correct And I am having chest pain since 4 hours along wid excessive gas.. 10 days ago had same kind of pain- ecg normal..
