Hi doctor,
Wherever i check bp in home bp machine it was come 140/90+
I went to near by clinic and checked in mercury based machine and it came 120/100, 120/100 and 120/90.
My weight is 95+
Age 33
Status married
Fasting sugar - 125
Medicine- anxities tablet depsonil 25mg( 1-0-2) from last 2 year approx.
My lower bp is alwasy 95+
Please suggested if i have to take medicine now

Diastolic blood pressure is on higher level.When you are using digital BP instrument ,you need to follow home BP measure protocol.You can try non pharmacological treatment like exercise and diet modifications to reduce the weight,using fresh fruits and vegetables , salt restriction and increased potassium intake.If you are BP remains above 135/85 even after taking above measures , you may need pharmacological treatment.
