BP in range of 140-160/ 90-110
I have being recently feeling headache on my right ear side at the back of my head. On checking my blood pressure for week it has been in the systolic range of 140-160 & dystolic range of 90-110. My pulse rate being 80-85, oxygen -99 %. I don't have any other medical illness. I have recently shifted to a new country and the problem has started after coming here. Does change in food and location has any impact on it. Prior flying to abroad I had indulge in drinking and having dinner outside at least 3 times a week for 2 months. Can this be a cause of spike in BP. Kindly advise how to proceed. I will be visiting a cardiologist next week.
