  4. My BP dia high headache continues. I do?

My BP dia high headache continues
My sleep was disturbed on friday night. After that Saturday onwards I am not feeling well. I take stamlo 5 daily and Roauvas 20 daily no other medicine. My bp range sys 140-128 and dia 107-90. I have a headache always and vomiting tendency but no vomit. What should I do?
