Sir i have bow legs since childhood. I don't feel pain or any sort of discomfort but due to cosmetic purposes i want to cure my problem. Is there any solution except surgery?

Bow legs( varus deformity) in adulthood cannot be cured without surgery. Since you are young 21 years old ..you can undergo High tibial osteotomy which will correct the varus angulation and further prevent Early Osteoarthritis.
