Bowel problem
Hello doctor, i am down with loosemotions but the problem is its not going properly..urge to go the toilet but still bowel doesn't get empty..it feels like abhi aur hoga but nothing happens i am really very much disturb and i have fistula too Can you give me some medicines which can give me relief from loosemotion within few hours and can give relief from the pain of fistula Please help doctor i really need your help

Hello, Plenty of liquids like coconut water,butter milk, fresh cud, nibupanito keep yourself hydreyted. sporolac sachet two three times a day or as required. one course of Oz two times a day after food for five days. Locally apply with finger anovate oin on but hole than gentaly inside all around in anal MUCOSA two times a day for three weeks for complete healing. Light diet semiliquid porridge khichari fresh made or curd rice, dal rice,messed chapati with curd or dal in small amount but frequently.before lunch N dinner salad big bowl. If stool is hard a stool softener any to be taken at night 15 MLso stool become softit prevent pain. Ok.
