Bowel movement is not complete
My sister does not have complete bowel movement. Few months before she suffered from fecal impaction after fistula surgery, fecal impaction was removed by giving enema in hospital. after fecal impaction she got this incomplete bowel evacuation problem.her morning loo is regular, but the sensation is incomplete after each and every bowel movement and stool is not bulky sometimes. She can notice undigested things in stool.. She can also feel gas formation in left stomach during bowel movement. She is really concerned that it will cause serious effects in her health. Please advise.

Was there any bowel problem before fistula surgery or it has developed after the surgery. A proper clinical examination is mandatory to rule out incontinence.please consult a general surgeon.
