Yes it could be irritable bowel syndrome.. you can have a clean bowel on colonoscopy but have these symptoms.. repeat colonoscopy doesn't help much. Do you have any other associated symptoms like stress poor sleep and appetite etc? Do you take medicine for any other conditions
