I feel the bowel is there in my rectum, when i lie down i can feel it moving too when i strain a bit, so when i go to bathroom to poo, it feels like something is blocking it at the rectum level,
No bleeding, some pain below tailbone when i strain more... is that anal fissure? Or internal haemorrhoids? And can internal haemorrhoids cause thin stools as well?

Anal fissure ? Could be. You should get physically examined by a qualified physician. Let him see your rectum and tell the ground reality insted of guessing. There is nothing abnormal in feeling your bowel movements. You are worried about your pain and its cause. If you carry on like this the fissure if at all is there, may get large and also lead to ano rectal fistula. So go ahead and get examined.
