I feel heaviness and drowsy after food .
Bowel doesn't clear properly in the morning and have to do 2/3 time in morning and 1 in evening ..
feel acidic most of the time & as if undigested food is in my stomach .
fundamentally I don't feel comfortable throughout the day .
Though I have recently changed my habits but still I do t feel positive .

Take Flax seeds, fry it in a pan without oil, then put it in a mixi, make powder and you can take 1 teaspoon with jaggery morning and night after meal .worm infestation also causes Constipation so deworming is recommended.
