Bow legs correction
Sir/madam,Myself suffering with bow legs.The bend is more in right leg.i noticed this problem 2 years back itself.I consulted many orthopedicians,they suggested me go for surgery.Infact i dont want to get operated because the problem is not much,but it is not comfortable for me when going out.The walking is slightly different due to this problem.Is there any non-surgical solution to it? I heard that walking and standing training can fix problem.I need a good doctor who can fix this problem.Thanking you

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Hello. .in your age correction and gait training can help you. . You can learn proper walking pattern or gait training by physiotherapist. You are 21 years old and according to you your problem is not much . Just go for strength training of legs and back because due to impaired walking pattern ur back get affected.
