Thalassemia minor Hemoglobin level will be above 8 gram%.130/80 blood pressure is not high. Bounding pulse may be symptoms of excessive anemia. If you feel tired and palpitation,,look CBC and rule out iron deficiency by doing iron studies.iron deficiency can coexist with thal minor. If your hemoglobin and iron status is normal, Look for Cardiology evaluation and thyroid status.
