Give a detailed medical history What other diseases he is having and the medicines he is taking Check CBC Liver and kidney profile and a Fasting thyroid function test If they are normal go for bilateral lower limb venous and arterial doppler Dr Ashish Srivastava General Physician and Clinical Cardiologist
