Swelling in ankles and legs
My mother is having unstable angina and on medications for this ailment.Her BP stays quite high, only when she takes medicine it is controlled otherwise it's around 150-80 range.  She is diabetic and also has thyroid. She had pericardial effusion also last year with an lvef of 60%. She has developed swelling in both her ankles. What should be done?
