  4. Both knees pain problem. For me.

Both knees pain problem
My both knees everytime pain and swelling but after therepy swelling removed. Doctor advised me knee replacement or use knee braces. So what your opinions for me.

initially go with knee braces, because surgery is irreversible process !! do exs for knee and try to aviid surgery as possible
