I mean take sunbath oftenly. ..i mean wat hapnd to psychology of people like you ...they want miracle in 10 days. ...u r the one never go fod eexercises u r the one dont wanaa tKe sunbath ..u r the one hardly take care of diet timing nd diet modification ...
But when it cmes to a diseases u want to get rid of it frm supplement which have negligible importance in health ...
