Few years back I had suffered from calcaneal spur because extra calcium had deposited in my foot and had severe pain but now I regularly do exercise and my spur has been cured as I lost some weight but what medicine can be taken to cure bone resorption

Dear Ma'am, Very Good morning. For decreasing bone resorotion, you should take following supplements : 1. Cap. Bio D3 Plus, one capsule to be taken on alternate days x 2 months. After dinner 2. Tab. Shelcal (500 mg), one tablet once a day after breakfast. 3. Tab. Idrophos 150 mg ( Ibandronate) x one tablet once a Month x lifelong.
