Does treatment requires if the screening of my whole spine reveals for focal hemangioma at C5 vertebra with mild disc bulge at C4-5 & C5-6 level indenting thecal sac?

Hemangiomas are usually incidental findings on mri
Next Steps
If u have symptoms in terms of pain etc get an mri screening No harm
