Bone Aches
Now that it’s getting my cold, my bones have started hurting really bad. It’s almost like growing pains but much worse and I’m also done growing. It really affects my shins because they hurt all the time, but my arms hurt when I’m in the cold and now my back is beginning to hurt. I think I’m not getting enough vitamin D because i don’t drink milk or eat many dairy products.

That's correct vit D is very necessary for your bones or else it might result in aches and pains also brittle bones. Everyday being under sun for at least 15 mins will also help.. if  not possible do consult your nearest doc, get vit D tested.. incase if too low then you vil need to take supplement. Also dietary changes will be needed, products containing vit D and calcium must be consumed.
