Greetings. Firstly, do not become the doctor yourself or do not make the chemist your doctor. Do not use over the counter creams for groin itch. It can worsen the bacterial or fungal infection. You may be having a fungal infection initially / but currently your symptoms are suggestive of recurrent furunculosis. Kindly see a qualified dermatologist near you.
