Had a boil on the thigh a month back and the pus came off, now at the same place the boil is back, Please advise how to treat this Biju

It's folliculitis..Need specific medicine to stop recurring....... Do direct online consultation  by sending photos, otherwise meet me at my clinic, for accurate diagnosis and treatment
