I've had a boil on my leg for 3 days. Just grew to about 4x2 inches and hurts badly. How do i heal it?

Tab. Augmentin Duo 625 mg twice to thrice daily (depending upon body weight ) for 5 days. Fucidin cream for application three times daily. Tab zinase D twice daily after meal. Tab. Voveran SR ( if require in case of pain.)
