Boil like lump on scrotum
I had fungal infection on my penis which got almost treated by otc medicines .Now I have developed a boil like lump on my left scrotum which is very painful and it seems like skin is peeling off. Any medications I am using warm compress and soframycin for the same but it's been 4 days still it's painful .
