Skinpeel on penistip & scrotum after sex
My skin started peeling from penis tip and scrotum after 2 days of sex(unprotected for like 30 sec), rest was protected. I took some anti fungal medicine like cream & cadiforce 100, along with azithral 500 and xone 1 mg shorts to prevent any bacterial infection. Should I be concerned about other infection like hiv? When should I take RTPCR test? After 10 day? Please help!!! I have High stress. Should I take pep? My dermatologist did not recommend pep.

You should definitely start PEP. That will help if you start with 72 hours of exposure. Screening for STIs and treatment of the current STI is the right approach.
Follow up tests would be done after PEP is over.
