Make sure you are eating every 3 hours. In each meal, intake 20% more than what you usually eat. Include a lot of protein rich foods such as pulses, nuts, eggs, chicken, milk, curd, paneer regularly. Include 2 servings each of fruits and vegetables every day. Include 2-3 tsp of ghee and eat dry fruits or nut based snacks.
