I'm male 27yrs, weight 71kgs,height 6fts suffering with weakness and unable to maintain penis hardness for 30secs. From last 7days daily doing exercise for 30-40mins, whole the day I'm getting sweat in toes and after exercise my eyes in darkness

You are almost 10kg underweight so take high protein diet and balanced nutrition and do exercises. Drink water 16glasses of water daily Plan ur day in 6 smaller meals and balanced nutrition and do exercises two times. Include in ur diet milk and milk products Non-veg Dals and cereals Fruits and vegetables Dry Fruits Paneer and egg Avoid outside foods and packets foods junkfoods (not healthy in terms of homemade food).
