Body tightening with pain and panic
Whenever I'm using my phone and I receive any incoming calls I immediately panic and breath heavily unable to control breathing and the right side of my body from head neck hand arm hands chest tightens and starts paining.. This remains the whole day.. And this cycle doesn't end...im even scared of picking future incoming calls and this anxiety cycle doesn't end... Pls help me overcome this problem as majorly my work is on phone.

It requires an interview with a psychiatrist but looks like you suffer through anxiety and panic attacks, try to distract yourself, thinking too much about the same thing will only worsen the problem. Try to eat right and exercise.
