Hi You feel upset about the way you look and you want to gain weight. You don’t have to feel upset about being thin and you can work on being happy with yourself and the way you look. There are a lot of people who are thin and you are not alone. You can consult a psychologist and talk about body shape and how you feel. A psychologist will help you feel good about yourself. You can consult a doctor about mouth ulcer and stomach pain. If you want to gain weight you can do it with a calm state of mind and with the thought that you are going to feel good about yourself. A nutritionist can help you with weight gain.
Next Steps
You can contact me for counseling session.
Health Tips
Consult a doctor, psychologist and nutritionist.

Hi, thank you for sharing your inner world. I am sure this would not have been easy for you however, it is very courageous that you are seeking professional help. Body image concerns and eating disorders are more about self acceptance and self love, than conventional/ apparent beauty standards which are society driven (and change every few years). The body type that may have been called attractive in the 1980s, may not be so in 2022. However, one cannot live their life according to those standards. You are your own unique person and wanting to be like someone else may not satisfy you. It is important to realise your worth, beauty and value. A healthy and balanced diet, regular exercise and enough sleep on a daily basis should help you. Feel free to consult a licensed medical doctor/ nutritionist to develop a personalised plan that works for your body. Take good care, all the best.

Hello dear I can understand what you might be going through. First of all, don't be harsh on yourself and your body just because of others opinions. If someone is fat then also they will say and when someone is thin, then also they talk. Still, if you genuinely feel like working on your body, then either contact a good nutritionist for you or join gym to gain weight
