Body pains
I am getting body pains mostly in the muscles. please suggest the solutions. I have undergone the blood test and doctor said I have vitamin D deficiency and B12

Starting taking Vir B12 & vitamin d tabs course. Do stretching exercises at least once a day then consume at least 3 lit of water expose to sun for 20-30 mins before 12 pm. Pains will come down slowly.
