Better to know the cause of fever, instead of starting antibiotics on your own. Get tested for COVID, dengue, malaria, typhoid. Until then, take Dolo 650 mg SOS for fever.

Do not take ibugesic , we don't know the cause of fever ,it can be a normal viral fever or due to dengue etc ,. Ibugesic is contraindicated in dengue ,so avoid it and stick to normal dolo 650.
