Body getting weaker everyday
I have Stomach problems (gastric) since last few months. Along with that i have been a heavy cannabis pipe smoker since the last few months too. Recently i got fever. Though the fever subsided in two days but it left me with a series of problems. The problems are: 1. Coughing (Mostly dry) 2. Wheezing ( While breathing out) 3. Blood cough (Mostly at night after continuous dry cough) 4. Hoarse voice 5. Swollen gums 6. Ear tingling 7. Chest Congestion 8. Continuous Burp (Including acid reflux) 9.  Abdominal pain 10. Joint ache (legs, arms, elbows) 15. Fatigue 16. Coughing after eating (with a naiseatic tendency) 17. Swollen scrotum Making movement tough (both testis but in one particular area) 18. Inability to exercise (because of pain, swelling and fatigue) Are these problems normal post fever or is there something i need to worry about? Also, my stress levels are very high since last few years. Is that the underlying issue? Please help.

The number of symptoms you are presenting with ,is something that can not be sorted out over telemedicine. Its likely that you have post infectious cough and long term effects that is compounded by cannabis use. There are other issues like GERD or gastritis/ peptic ulcers, swollen scrotum could be hydrocele ,hernia
Next Steps
you need to be examined by a doctor in your area to determine the cause of your multiple issues by doing blood investigation including CBC ESR CRP Liver function tests renal function tests glucose levels HIV chest xray ,still better ct chest and ultrasound scan abdomen and scrotum .

Please appreciate that no doctor practicing tele-consultation is going to have so much spare time that he will give two hours to you. If you are seriously worried about your health please consult a General Physician first and a Psychiatrist next. Please remember that God helps those who help themselves. Don't think that your job is over because you have complained.
