Body feels very weird

Yesterday night around 12:30 a.m. my whole left side felt weird. I had a headache on one side of my head which was the left. My eyesight on the left I was blurry. My arm felt numb and weak. I felt dizzy when I got up. Should I be worried. I'm 14 years old with no medical records
