Weird symptoms I can’t relate to

Asked for Female, 15 Years

I think I have Anxiety Disorder, but what is these symptoms? I have tremors only on left hand and feel mind blank, heavy head, weakness throughout body, breathing feels weird. Muscles twitching. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome? What is happening to me?
