Body feels cold but no fever no shiverin

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Most of the time my body is colder than normal i check temperature it comes normal below 98 and still i feel cold. i get tingling sensation in whole body. what could be the reason. i feel very uncomfortable and feel very cold but i surely know this cold is not that which comes during fever
