Dear patient,
Thank you for sharing your symptoms. Based on your description, it seems like you might be experiencing a combination of gastrointestinal and skin issues.
The stomach discomfort and bitter taste in your mouth could be indicative of indigestion or gastritis. The dizziness and feeling of falling down could be due to low blood pressure or an inner ear imbalance. The red bumps on your thighs and upper legs might be a skin condition like eczema or allergic dermatitis.
It's important to consult with a doctor to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. They can conduct a physical examination and may order tests to rule out other possibilities.
In the meantime, you can try the following:
* Eat bland foods: Avoid spicy, greasy, and acidic foods.
* Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water.
* Manage stress: Practice relaxation techniques like yoga or meditation.
* Avoid scratching: This can worsen the skin irritation.
