For the last month or so, every time I blow my nose, my right nostril is bloody. Used to be just in the morning but now at anytime of the day. And it's not runny bloody nose, it's just when I blow my nose.

Stop blowing your nose since it is the cause of the bleeding. Take steam inhalation which will open up the sinuses. If still there is bleeding then please see a doctor.
