You should not worry about it , unless significant amount of blood comes from your nose.Its common when you get upper respiratory tract infection . Small amount of blood mixed with mucus is due to superficial erosion of nasal mucosa covering as a result of dryness, especially in the morning.

Dear for fever and running nose antibiotics are not the first choice please avoid self medication u could have simply taken antihistaminics( citrizine 10mg) and paracetamol bd/tid ..As far as blood in nasal discharge is concerned ,Excessive nose picking can cause damage to the lining so no need to worry about that
