Blood while urinating
My mother is on her menopause phase,she didn't got her periods from last two months and yesterday there was little spotting and today there was a blood while urinating. Whar should be done as we are reluctant to visit any clinic.

Hope she is being screened annually by Pap smear and pelvic ultrasound.if everything is fine so far by routine screening then the most common entity to cause spotting is strophic vaginitis

If bleeding is once just wait another month if nothing not to worry if discharge or blood spotting again than thoroughly checked

Take Tablet Trapic 500 mg 3 times a day for 3 days Drink lots of water and fruits juice Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses If any burning in ruination please tell

Hi there, Such type of spotting and bleeding is common in perimenopausal time. You can get an ultrasound done.

Don't panic. It's been only two months . She is probably perimenopausal. Irregular Cycles are expected.
