BLOOD TESTING PROCESS
In my area testing labs no one wears gloves while taking blood from our veins after disinfecting that area they touch that area from their bare hands and then they inject syringe is it safe for us and what actions we can take against them even after saying for gloves they smiles and says dont be worry u thinks too much its completely normal pls correct me if i am wrong in this Thanks

After disinfecting, the person should not touch the area with bare hands and the gloves are for protection to the person who is removing blood from patient. Rest all is ok. No action needed
