Blood test results
I had full blood count done recently and I’m confused by my results! Although my Dr said everything was fine, my b12 level showed up as 168. But my red blood cell count are all in the normal range. I was wondering why my b12 could be low. Having a normal red blood count rules out Anemia?

Well there are different types of anemia. Having low vitamin b 12 suggests nutritional anemia..It is quite possible that even with normal RBC your vitamin b 12 levels are low and without it doesn't ruke out anemia...So it's better you increase your consumption if green leaFy vegetables and take supplements..Meet a physician... Thank you
