If he has high BP he must take medication for it on a regular basis. It looks like he has low vitamin D with fatty liver with high uric acid. Also seems to have prediabetes as the Hba1c is 6.3. This is very much correctable with lifestyle modification (weight loss and proper diet and exercise).
Next Steps
You can consult a general physician in your area or on Practo. Check Blood pressure regularly and maintain a chart. If it is on the higher side then he has to take medication regularly. Also he might need medication for uric acid. Start exercising daily for at least 30 minutes. The simplest thing to do is brisk walking. Avoid intake of alcohol and avoid smoking. If you eat non veg, then avoid red meat. Go for more lean meats like chicken and fish. Drink plenty of water. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Cut down on oily and fried food. Cut down on sweets, pastries, farsaan, processed foods like biscuits and namkeen. Make sure to get adequate sleep every night. Take Vitamin D supplements (Uprise D3 60,000 units once a week on an empty stomach for 6 weeks) Weight loss of around 10 kg will benefit him greatly in the long run. It will reduce his blood pressure and will also reduce his risks of developing diabetes in the long run.
Health Tips
Please do not go for crash diets. Modify your lifestyle so that you can follow it over long term. Hope this helps.
