Blood test for my baby

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Hello sir ga. My baby is 1 year n 3 months old. Last 2 weeks back he was on treatment for fever n cough for 7-8 days days with here local paediatric dr. After 1 week again from yesterday he is having fever ups n downs. We are giving imol suspension. Please suggest any medicine with blood test to confirm the exact reason for fever. No cough n cold only fever. Please help me sir.
